New clients may request an appointment time through the same system. While not all requests can be accommodated, we'll review each one and respond as soon as possible with availability or alternatives.

To ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our schedule for all valued clients, a 25% deposit is required at time of booking on color services. This deposit is non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or reschedule, the deposit will be fully transferable to your next appointment. This policy helps us minimize no-shows and better serve everyone who books time at Wild Sage Beauty. Thank you for your understanding and support.
